1. Order Processing Time

| Third Party Suppliers | 3–7 working days |
| Owned Products | 1–3 working days |
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed next working day.
2. Delivery Timeline (India)
- Metro Cities: 4–7 working days
- Other Locations: 5–10 working days
- Remote Areas: 7–12 working days
International orders (if applicable): 10–20 working days.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD available on selected products & pincodes.
- COD confirmation call may be required.
- Retail Wrap reserves the right to cancel COD orders if:
- Customer not reachable
- Previous order history shows RTO (Return to Origin)
- COD handling charges may apply (if mentioned at checkout).
